She has become our family friend because, I was not in New Jersey when we were searching for property, and i was curious how i am going to manage the purchase being not in the place but Donna has given me such a comfort and gone ABOVE and BEYOND from reviewing the listings to facetime meetings and explaining each and every aspect of the house we have seen, it was a long search due to market situation and competition but never seen Donna loosing her smile and filled confidence is us saying " May be there is a better place for us and WE WILL find it". She is relentless. She helped us with a section-8 rental that I needed for my mom. In an overcrowded rental market and in a tight time table, it was tough getting a good, quality, affordable rental. We had just started the long journey of looking for our first home and hadn't yet chosen an agent to work with. After a very pleasant discussion with Donna, we chose to work together. Donna's enthusiasm and explanations on how she would help us be successful in our search, won us over. Donna's local knowledge proved very helpful as we were looking for homes in areas that we were somewhat unfamiliar with. Donna provided various advice on where we might prefer to live vs. where perhaps we should shy away from due to excess traffic, noise, flood zones, etc. That type of local knowledge is priceless. We eventually got an offer accepted after several misses, this turned out to be for the better as we wound up with the best possible home that we could have asked for - Donna is a great credit to this. Donna and her team have some fantastic resources to share, for example, a great, very thorough, home inspector. This person saved us from what could have been a money pit of a home in terms of maintenance and safety issues that would have otherwise gone unnoticed. Again, great credit to Donna for suggesting this inspector over others. It's important to note that Donna is very accessible and on top of things - when you find a home that you like, in this market, you need to jump on it. Donna responds very quickly to phone calls, text messages or emails. After all the ups and downs in the home buying process, I'm happy to say that we call Donna a friend now. From finding the listing, to executing all of the details of the contract, Donna was very timely and thorough. She even helped negotiate some money back! Not to mention she is the sweetest woman ever!! Would recommend her to everyone I know.
